Mix 1 tbsp of mulethi powder along with pushkarmool powder and honey and infuse it in water. Take this kadha regularly to alleviate allergic asthmatic conditions. In case of sore throat, mix 1 tbsp of mulethi root powder, sitopaladi churna and honey in a glass of lukewarm water.
Skin Care(Face Mask): – Take a bowl, add mulethi powder and sandalwood powder. – Mix well and add raw milk. Using a spoon mix all well. – Make sure the consistency is thick and there are no lumps. Your face pack is ready. – Wash your face with water, and pat dry it. – With a brush apply the face pack on the skin. Don’t forget your neck area. – Let it sit for another 15-20 minutes and wash it off from cold water. – Apply this twice a week for the best results.
Hair Growth: – Take 1 cup of yoghurt in a bowl. – Add 5 full spoons of mulethi powder in it and then add 2 full spoons of olive oil. – Mix all the ingredients well using a spoon and apply it onto your hair and scalp. – Massage it for a few minutes and rinse off with cold water.
